Who is Paolo Coluccio?
Paolo Coluccio was born in the northern part of Italy where he grew up with his grandmother’s cooking. Twenty-three years ago he arrived in Val D’Orcia and settled in this beautiful corner of the world.
He started his career in London, has been an executive chef for luxury hotels, had his own restaurant, regularly cooks for the stars as a private chef and believes passionately in local and sustainable food and tourism.
Due to his many years in the Val D’Orcia region, Paolo knows and works with the best producers of cheese, olive oil and wine. His extensive knowledge of the countryside results in fabulous foraging and truffle hunting.
