Who is Frederica Andrisani?

Federica Andrisani is an acclaimed Italian chef celebrated for her refined yet deeply authentic approach to southern Italian cuisine. Born in Basilicata and inspired by the flavours of her Campanian heritage, Federica trained in some of Italy’s most respected kitchens before making her mark as co-owner and head chef of Restaurant Lume in Perth, Australia. Her cooking masterfully balances tradition and innovation, resulting in dishes that are elegant, honest, and full of soul.

Driven by a passion for storytelling through food, Federica celebrates regional ingredients, honours her family’s recipes, and transforms simple, seasonal produce into memorable culinary experiences. Her philosophy is rooted in connection — to people, place, and culture — and she continues to share the warmth and generosity of southern Italian hospitality with every plate she creates.

In Naples, we begin in a refined heritage hotel ideally located for exploring the city’s vibrant streets and historic landmarks. On Ischia, our seaside hotel offers thermal pools, sweeping sea views, and a relaxed island atmosphere. The journey ends at Tenuta Sirignano in Massa Lubrense, a serene villa surrounded by olive groves and citrus trees overlooking the Sorrento Coast. With elegant rooms, panoramic terraces, and the scent of lemons in the air, it’s the perfect setting to unwind and savour la dolce vita.
