Who is Frederica Andrisani?
Federica Andrisani is an acclaimed Italian chef celebrated for her refined yet deeply authentic approach to southern Italian cuisine. Born in Basilicata and inspired by the flavours of her Campanian heritage, Federica trained in some of Italy’s most respected kitchens before making her mark as co-owner and head chef of Restaurant Lume in Perth, Australia. Her cooking masterfully balances tradition and innovation, resulting in dishes that are elegant, honest, and full of soul.
Driven by a passion for storytelling through food, Federica celebrates regional ingredients, honours her family’s recipes, and transforms simple, seasonal produce into memorable culinary experiences. The journey ends at Tenuta Sirignano in Massa Lubrense, a serene villa surrounded by olive groves and citrus trees overlooking the Sorrento Coast.
