The journey begins in Stockholm, with two days to settle into the city before heading north. Guests stay in a gorgeous boutique hotel in the heart of the city, with time to wander its old streets, waterways and islands at an easy pace. A visit to Fotografiska brings a dose of contemporary art and photography, while a leisurely lunch at Stockholm's famous food hall offers a first taste of Swedish produce and provisions. In the evening, guests are treated to dinner with Niklas Ekstedt at his acclaimed restaurant Ekstedt, a fitting introduction to the fire led, ingredient driven cooking that defines this journey north.

Your journey begins at Trondheim Airport with a private transfer by VIP mid-coach to Olsmedalssætra in Rennebu, where a 1640s living heritage farm awaits. Lena Flaten joins from the very first moment to cook an open fire welcoming feast beneath the midsummer sky.

A morning hike to a rewarding viewpoint where the colours of the landscape fill you with energy. To compliment the silence, enjoy hot coffee and freshly baked treats. Following our descent, a hearty brunch before we head to the norwegian Coast. We will drive through the picturesque landscape before arriving at Stokkøya Strandhotell. Highlights include a private fishing expedition and seafood dinner with Roar Svenning as well as wild kelp harvesting and a coastal foraging walk with Lena that ends in a beautiful outdoor lunch by the sea cave.

We travel inland along with a wild foraged lunch at Flammans Skafferi and a scenic stop at Tännforsen Waterfall for waffles and fika. In Storlien Sweden's celebrated foraging master Niki Sjölund joins the tour and we close the day with an exclusive dinner at Åre Nature Studio before checking in to Hotell Granen in Åre.

The day opens with fika at Fävikens Lanthandel and a private cultural visit to Jamtli Museum in Östersund before we check in at Hotell Gamla Teatern. That evening Lena and Niki join me to host a once in a lifetime hands on masterclass and dinner at my own Boathouse in Ope on the shores of Lake Storsjön.

Our journey continues to Fjällnäs. Established in 1882 with spa rituals at Mii Gullo and high alpine foraging walks with Niki Sjölund. A private excursion to the UNESCO town of Røros and an exclusive dinner at Skoogs Krog in Funäsdalen complete this spiritual mountain component.

A private transfer returns guests to Trondheim Airport with easy onward connection to Narvik for our next adventure. Northern Sweden and Sami Culture. You will transfered to Niehku and again into the wilderness.
