Experience the landscape of Lake Garda with MATTEO ZAMBONI
Who is Matteo Zamboni?
Hailing from a small town in northern Italy, chef Matteo Zamboni discovered his passion for hospitality early on. He honed his skills in Michelin-starred kitchens like La Pergola in Rome and Ristorante Cracco in Milan.
Matteo’s international experience includes cooking for the Royal Family of Qatar and working with Seiji Yamamoto in Tokyo. Over a decade ago, he made Australia his home, excelling at Pilu at Freshwater, Ormeggio at the Spit, and Jonah’s at Whale Beach. Now, as the founder of Civico 47 in Paddington, Sydney, Matteo continues to share his love for Italian cuisine. He is also a media personality, charity supporter, father, amateur cocktail maker, and part-time surfer.
*Due to the limited number of bedrooms, this tour will be priced from $24,000 per room.

“Why Lake Garda? Simply for its unparalleled natural beauty that takes your breath away. Add to that the incredible local produce, a history dating back to Ancient Roman times, and a romance that words can’t adequately describe.”
